Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while utilising their skills in all beauty treatments, including Manicure, pedicures, facials and massage. As a Beauty therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of beauty treatments, including manicure & pedicures, skincare treatments, and other massage services.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best possible advice.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalised experience.
  • Assist in promoting beauty products and services to enhance client satisfaction.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and understand their beauty needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

As we also train there will be the opportunity for lots of training. An ideal candidate would be confident in nail treatments including BIAB and massage services.

Hours are part-time and will include Thursdays & Saturdays.
