Job Summary

We are seeking holiday let change-over cleaners to join our holiday let business sith one as the supervisor/manager. The ideal supervosor candidate will play a vital role in appoiting & managing the cleaning staff & whilst assiting the change-overs and cleans themselves, ensuring that all properties are immaculately presented and meet our high 5 star standards. This position requires dedication, reliability & durability to manage at least two house cleans & change-overs mostly on a Saturday 10am to 4pm, with some exceptions to be available on a Friday & Monday if required. Please anyone and all who feel they would like to work as a cleaner for a family business on a Saturday with flexible working conditions please also apply as we require at least 4 people on the day.

  • Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
  • Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised according to established protocols.
  • Bed linen changes; drop off and collect linnen from laundrette.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  • Maintain household consumables, cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as necessary.
  • Be in walking distance, public transport or able to drive to Carbis Bay mostly on Saturdays.
  • Communicate effectively with cleaning staff & company management to ensure satisfaction with cleaning & change-over services.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential; guidance & expectations of services will be provided.
  • A valid driving licence and vehicle is advantageous for travel to and between sites and laundry drop-off for the supervisor role
