As a Trading Operations Analyst, you'll own daily execution and operational workflows across global trading desks ensuring trades are executed, reconciled, and reported with absolute accuracy. You'll partner closely with traders, engineers, and risk teams to strengthen visibility across positions, margins, and funding, all while helping automate and optimize critical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support trade execution and post-trade processes across CeFi, DeFi, and OTC venues.
  • Monitor and reconcile margin, positions, and funding balances.
  • Enhance operational controls and automate workflows.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure risk and performance data integrity.

Experience

  • 3-5 years in trading operations, middle office, or execution support (crypto, fund, or exchange background ideal).
  • Deep understanding of trade lifecycle management and margin workflows.
  • Data fluency (Excel, SQL, or API-level experience).
  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
