Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership:

  • Lead Oracle Cloud SCM implementations across modules like Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, and Costing.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions.

Solution Delivery Management (SDM):

  • Own delivery of Oracle SCM solutions from design to deployment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, project timelines, and resource coordination.

Configuration & Testing:

  • Configure Oracle SCM modules based on business requirements.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles.

Support & Optimization:

  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with Oracle support when needed.

Documentation & Training:

  • Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and client teams.
Required Skills & Experience

Oracle Expertise:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM (EBS and/or Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with at least 3 Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and integration points.

Project Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.
  • Experience in SDM roles managing delivery and client engagement.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle reporting tools, and data migration.
  • Familiarity with Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Cloud SCM Certification.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery and tools like JIRA.
