The Opportunity
We are looking for a Events and Campaign Manager to join the UK Marketing team within the Worldline MeTS (Mobiactional Services). Worldline MeTS provides end-to-end digital B2B transactional services leveraging our products, data, and payment for a stronger customer engagement. We support our customers' digital transformation with the creation of innovative solutions, leveraging our products and similar experiences across sectors, and committing on joint business cases.
This is a shaping role designed to evolve with the function. Being based (hybrid: 3 days/week) in our Beeston or London offices, you will have the opportunity to influence scope and ways of working, with a defined pathway to more senior responsibility as part of our succession planning.
International collaboration is core; day-to-day work focuses on cross-functional global initiatives.
There may be opportunities arising from acquisitions related to Worldline MeTS; you'll be considered for relevant roles as they emerge.
Role Responsibilities
Event Management (Internal & External)
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery of ~12–15 events per year, including:
- 1 flagship London international event
- 8–12 external customer/industry events
- 2–3 internal leadership and engagement events
- Manage budgets, timelines, logistics, supplier and partner negotiations, and post-event evaluation.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure events align with brand, messaging and objectives; lead cross-region coordination as needed.
- Travel as required (typical range: 20–30% of time; adjusted as per programme needs).
Campaign Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid, earned, owned, social, events) to drive lead generation and support GTM priorities.
- Develop and manage campaign briefs; execute in-house or with external agencies.
- Partner with sales and product teams to define audiences, map content journeys, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable outcomes.
- Monitor, optimise, and report on performance; translate data into actionable optimisations.
Storytelling, Creative & Content Support
- Craft compelling narratives for events and campaigns; ensure consistent storytelling across touchpoints.
- Create or adapt simple assets (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) and manage agency briefs for assets.
- Quality-check content produced by others for accuracy and impact.
Measurement, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Define KPIs for events and campaigns; track and report progress.
- Analyse performance data, determine optimisations, and drive efficiencies in processes and collaboration.
Who Are We Looking For

- You demonstrate the essential 3–5 years experience in marketing with strong event and/or campaign management; proven project management; excellent stakeholder management; calm under pressure; strong attention to detail; travel readiness; ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- You may have desirable experience in technology/B2B; storytelling-focused content development; experience with CRM/Marketing Automation (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.); basic design capability (Canva/PowerPoint) or familiarity with more advanced tools; global or multi-region coordination experience.
- You have proficiency with basic analytics and reporting; comfortable with up-front budgeting and post-event ROI assessment.
- You model attributes of being proactive, hands-on, adaptable, collaborative, results-driven.
