An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Product Expert at our customers Jaguar Land Rover Experience Venue in Fen End

The person will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Limited which is a resource management company.

JLRE Fen End is part of the Global JLRE Venues program, incorporating Eastnor, Solihull, Liverpool and Fen End. JLRE Venues are a Global function promoting guest experiences in all four brands; Defender, Discovery, Range Rover and Jaguar.

Key Responsibilities

The position is primarily working with the JLRE Lead Instructors and delivery team, providing the delivery of guest driving experiences to a high standard to JLR Modern Luxury customers. To include, instructing guests, guest handling and vehicle technology demonstrations.

This role within JLRE will support the ongoing development of guest experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and customer retention. Enabling guests to experience all four brands, through skilled, knowledgeable and engaging experiences at multiple sites.

The successful candidates will have the following responsibilities:

· Delivers demonstration drives to guests on a variety of on- road, track and off-road terrains.

· Knowledgeable experts, proactively supporting JLR's customers and the Retailer network.

· Knowledgeable experts in the connectivity and In Control technologies of the JLR vehicles.

· Ensures vehicles are presented at their best.

· Supervises the safe and responsible use of vehicles, Maintains up to date knowledge of risk assessments applying to activities engaged in.

· Demonstrates best practice driving techniques.

· Shows passion and enthusiasm for the Defender, Discovery, Range Rover and Jaguar.

· Hosts guests to a high standard and strives to make each guest's experience unique and enjoyable.

· Demonstrates good knowledge of all four products and explains vehicle features and benefits.

· Encourages guests to try other Jaguar Land Rover Experiences.

· Demonstrates the Jaguar Land Rover Creator Code behaviours at all times.

· Follows established standards and procedures.

· Ensures instructional standards are continually improved, in compliance with Global standards.

· Works flexibly to accommodate business and guest demands.

· Environmental responsibility.

· Keeps knowledge up to date using available resources.

· Hosting guests during arrival, breaks and departure providing hospitality, refreshments and engaging with your guests.

· Supports Jaguar Land Rover Experience colleagues on events and activities at own and other locations as required.

· Supports other colleagues in the team with day to day activities.

· Maintaining high standards of behaviour, dress, instruction and product knowledge.

· Complete personal development activity to achieve certification.

· Maintaining instructor training and re-assessment records.

· When required supports JLR customers concerns and enquiries, maintaining a good relationship with all owners acting as the face of JLR. This is through face to face interactions, email and phone calls.

· Hosting Induction/Handover guests at the Venue when required. Future requirement to provide handovers at customer locations or Retailer.

· Actively promotes other available experiences and training at own and potentially other Centres around the world.

· Develops self and others.

· Be self-motivated, able to develop, motivate and inspire teams as well as have an ambition to make a difference within the JLRE business.

There is a requirement to travel within this role and you may be asked to work away from home for a period of time., with the requirement to work weekends.

Skills, experience and qualifications required

· Appreciation and understanding of in car technologies and vehicle connectivity software.

· Adheres to JLR Creator Code Behaviours.

· Outstanding communications skills verbal and written.

· Ability to work alongside functional teams and assist others as a local fact holder.

· Enthusiasm, drive, commitment, the confidence to achieve goals.

· Good organisation and planning skills.

· Passionate about guest satisfaction. Ideally, you will have proven experience within a similar environment.

· Experience of communicating with people from other cultures.

· Hold a full UK Drivers licence and have done so for the last 12 months. Have not been convicted of any offence involving dangerous driving; know of no circumstances which would disqualify one from driving.

This role requires the employee(s) to drive Jaguar Land Rover fleet vehicles. Therefore, the following insurance rule applies:

Must be 25 years & over, hold a full driving licence and have done so for the last twelve months, have not been convicted of any offence involving dangerous driving, know of no circumstances which would disqualify one from driving, nor suffering from any physical and, or, mental condition which would restrict or impair ones alertness or driving ability
