Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating vehicle damage, providing accurate assessments, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining damage, repair estimates, and recommended actions
  • Communicate findings clearly and professionally with customers, insurance companies, and repair shops
  • Assist customers with enquiries, providing guidance on repair processes and options
  • Upsell additional services or repairs where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and business revenue
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or deposits
  • Maintain organised records of assessments, estimates, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure accurate communication of repair requirements and timelines

  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all interactions
  • Proven ability in upselling services tactfully without compromising customer trust
