AC is looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join us to deliver complex commercial work, work as part of a team on transactions and to be a trusted advisor supporting us to build and grow our commercial offering to our specialist sector client base. The candidate can expect to be working with health and social care providers, charities including some large well-known names, housing providers and a myriad of social businesses with whom we work and support.

The role will entail a variety of work including conducting due diligence and advice on commercial documents including warranties, service level agreements within large corporate transactions alongside the corporate team, technology documents, being go-to trusted advisor for commercial contracts and strategic advice for key clients, legal style counsel support, advising on grant funding arrangements, service level agreements and all manner of documents that our specialist health and social care, charity, housing and social business clients require.

We are looking for a self-motivated, engaged senior solicitor with relevant expertise and experience in commercial work ideally with experience of and or in the sectors mentioned; health and social care, housing, charities, social business. They will be working as part of a team and also individually and so must have the ability to work with others collaboratively. They will be expected to supervise colleagues and juniors in their role, so previous line management experience is also preferred.

We will need candidates to have strong communication and commercial acumen with the ability to develop business, build and hold client confidence and develop strong client relationships.
