Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and a thorough understanding of project management tools such as Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor progress and performance of the team, providing guidance and support as needed to maintain productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate updates, challenges, and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 for effective project planning and management.
  • Strong management skills with a proven track record of supervising teams in a construction or industrial setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
