**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor progress and performance of the team, providing guidance and support as needed to maintain productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate updates, challenges, and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for effective project planning and management.
- Strong management skills with a proven track record of supervising teams in a construction or industrial setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £24.10 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
