What You'll Do
Design and build
customer journeys
across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels
Implement
journey orchestration rules
, decision management, and audience targeting
Integrate
AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
for data activation and personalization
Optimize campaigns using
Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Collaborate with Marketing, Data Engineering, and Creative teams to deliver scalable omnichannel experiences
Ensure
data governance
and compliance
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience with
Adobe AEP and Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Strong
JavaScript
, HTML/CSS, and API integration skills (REST, JSON)
Experience with
Adobe Launch
,
AEP datasets
, and customer analytics
Knowledge of
SQL/RDBMS
, Adobe Real-Time CDP, or Adobe Target is a plus
Adobe certifications (AJO Developer, AEP, or Real-Time CDP) are preferred
