We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Strategist to join our Digital Media business, based in London.
Adobe's Enterprise Sales organisation partners with C-level leaders to drive strategies for digital media, customer experience transformation, and innovation. Our engagements leverage Adobe's value and ROI frameworks, digital benchmarking, customer journey mapping, organisational assessments, and architecture audits to deliver high-impact recommendations. We bring the best of Adobe to inspire and delight our customers.
We're looking for a senior strategist with experience in ROI-based sales, value realisation, and capability maturity. You'll work directly with prospective and existing clients to find opportunities, build awareness, justify investments, and develop value-driven frameworks and roadmaps for change.
What You'll Do
You will be accountable for:
- Helping the Adobe DMe sales team be successful through value realisation with our top enterprise customers.
- Providing strategic advice to C-level Adobe customers on delivering seamless digital experiences, achieving sustainability goals, and driving business value through workflow productivity.
- Collaborating with senior sales, pre-sales, partner, and customer success teams across our Digital Media (DMe) business to generate demand and manage pipeline engagements.
- Evangelising value selling approaches internally and externally to clients, prospects, and partners.
- Supporting sales teams throughout the customer journey.
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative experience analysis, performance benchmarking, and ROI/business case modelling.
- Leading business value discovery workshops with CXOs, department leads, and practitioners.
- Helping customers understand and realise the value of Adobe investments by developing and presenting roadmaps to value.
- Delivering compelling presentations to executive audiences.
- Supporting value handover, onboarding, and kick-off activities.
- Contributing to the development of Business Value Consulting assets, tools, and collateral.
- Partnering with Digital Experience (DX) Strategists to identify and develop cross-cloud opportunities.
- Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on pipeline activity.
- Developing thought leadership in sustainability, workflow productivity, and DMe/DX transformation.
What You Need To Succeed
The following requirements are relevant to this role:
- Demonstrated passion for digital experiences, digital media and cloud technology.
- Strong consulting skills; including excellent discovery, analysis, quantitative modelling, listening, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting .research, analysing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesising recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels, with internal and external marketing, sales and technical individuals.
- Strong executive presentation and persuasion skills, with strong communication skills to communicate at CXO level.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment with remote support functions and manage virtual teams.
- Able to work across multiple industry verticals and grasp industry specific drivers.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly.
- Be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer success.
Desirable but not essential
- Experience in a leading technology company, strategy consultancy, digital agency, or marketing department.
- Background in business value roles, consultancy, marketing or similar roles at an enterprise software vendor.
