London, Greater London, United Kingdom NARBUTAS Full time £25,000 - £40,000 per year

We're looking for a technically minded, self-motivated, organised, and client-focused
Technical Support
person to join our UK team. This role is ideal for someone with technical industry knowledge who can address issues as they arise and takes pride in building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for clients when technical issues arise — diagnosing and resolving product faults, arranging site visits, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of support.

This role requires a hands-on approach, combining technical ability with strong communication and organisational skills. You'll manage your own schedule, maintain stock of commonly used parts, and ensure all issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support to resolve furniture or product issues.
  • Diagnose faults, carry out minor repairs, and ensure all work meets quality standards.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.
  • Arrange and confirm appointments directly with clients.
  • Manage stock of frequently used components and ensure replacements are ordered as needed.
  • Work closely with the wider team to share feedback and identify recurring product issues.
  • Travel to client sites across the UK (and occasionally abroad), with overnight stays as required.
  • Work independently and take initiative to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in furniture industry, field service, or a technical support role.
  • Strong practical and mechanical aptitude, with problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Company vehicle
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Autonomy and flexibility in managing your own schedule
  • The chance to contribute to high-quality, design-led workplaces across the UK

If you're someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in practical problem-solving, and values delivering a great client experience, we'd love to hear from you.
