As a Project Coordinator at StrategiQ, you'll be at the heart of our production engine - helping keep projects moving, communication flowing and client deliverables on track.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Developers and Client Managers to coordinate tasks, manage resources and support delivery across websites, creative projects and wider marketing initiatives. From day-to-day production workflows to supporting ongoing retainers, you'll play a key role in ensuring our work lands on time, to scope and with the quality our clients expect.

IS THIS YOU?

  • 1+ years' experience in a digital agency, software environment or similar role with transferable project coordination skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills - able to manage tasks, track progress and support delivery across multiple projects
  • Technical fluency, with a basic understanding of web technologies and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), or a strong appetite to learn
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to apply them to support smooth and efficient delivery
  • Collaborative working style - able to communicate clearly, work effectively with cross-functional teams and keep everyone aligned
  • Proactive problem-solving and a calm, steady approach to managing deadlines, priorities and fast-moving project demands
