We're busier than ever keeping industry moving, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Stores Operative, internally known as Insite Stores Operative to join our Insite team. Why this role?

As a Stores Operative, you'll be a key part of our Insite's success. You'll support the Insite Manager in day-to-day operations, helping us provide first-class service to our customers while spotting opportunities to add value and grow the business.

You don't need to come from a manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade counter background—we'll provide full training. What matters most is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.

What you'll be doing

  • Sourcing stock and non-stock items to meet customer requirements
  • Supporting the consistent delivery of excellent customer service
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce costs compared with previous suppliers and OEM
  • Assisting colleagues with enquiries and problem-solving
  • Coordinating site visits with supply partners to identify added-value activities
  • Proactively seeking sales opportunities across departments on site

What we're looking for

  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues
  • A motivated, proactive approach with a focus on completing tasks to a high standard
  • Previous experience in a similar role—or transferable skills that show you're ready to succeed
