Office Supervisor

Hours of work 9am-5pm (37.5 hours weekly) With 30 mins for lunch

Hourly pay £16.00 per hour

The successful applicant will have at least 2 years office experience and be experienced at using Word/Excel/Social Media

You will be joining a team which will hopefully number approximately 10 strong. You will report directly to the office manager and will have the confidence to take charge of the administrative team as well as the sales team and will perform the role of office manager in their absence.

Age is of no barrier whether young or mature.

You will have a good understanding of technology and will be experienced in basic computer skills. You will also be comfortable and have a good understanding of social media.

You will be working for one of the largest domestic window cleaning companies in the south of England with over 11,000 customers

You will be confident when answering the phone and have a customer focused attitude.

Your duties will include but not be restricted to

Calling customers and a variety of facility managers as we try to grow our commercial department.

Using Word

Data inputting

Answering customer emails and providing quotes

Answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries - providing the best customer service at all times

Helping The Window cleaners who are in the field with any Queries that arise

Involved in online advertising for the company

You will be working closely with our office manager but will be capable and have the initiative to work unsupervised.

Good timekeeping is essential as is your willingness to be prepared for any office tasks asked of you to help the smooth running of the business.
