The Role:

In this role, you will deliver weekly group tutorials and one-to-one sessions, supporting students to set clear goals, overcome challenges, and stay engaged with their studies. You will collaborate with teaching staff and support teams to track attendance, identify those who may need extra help, and ensure appropriate interventions are in place. Beyond academic progress, you will play an important part in enrichment activities, promote wellbeing, and contribute to a welcoming campus culture that reflects the diversity and energy of Tower Hamlets.

Who You Are:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging weekly group tutorials that support personal development and wellbeing.
  • Provide 1:1 support to students, setting and reviewing SMART targets.
  • Monitor attendance and engagement, identifying and supporting at-risk learners.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and support teams to ensure student success.
  • Support students with progression planning, including UCAS and work experience.
  • Contribute to enrichment activities and promote a positive campus culture.
