This is a remote position that requires 3 weeks training in our Grimsby Office. Travel and accommodation will be provided if over 30 miles and 1.5 hours travel time. Please do not apply if you are unable to commit to training.

Our Security Plus Team manage customers be compliant with a product designed to help our customers take secure & compliant payments. In addition, the team interact with our customers upon the renewal of their service to discuss the customer's renewal with Takepayments with the goal to both renewing their agreement with us and identifying improved or additional products & services from which the customer may benefit.

Responsibilities of our Compliance Executive
- Speak to new clients who have chosen this service and complete their registration.
- Ensure that we complete all the core elements of the customer's Compliance service including registration for the various benefits
- At the point of renewal, seek to renew the customer with Takepayments for a further 18-month period.
- Identify customers who would benefit from an improved product and discuss the benefits of them upgrading.
Requirements for our Compliance Executive
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and navigate different systems and software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Previous experience in a customer loyalty or retention role is a plus.
