About the location:

This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

About The Role
The Banquet Casual Bartender will prepare and mix drinks at the banquet bars, and serve food and beverage in line with the department standards. Provide an excellent level of customer service at the bar and banquet. Work in line with the Weights and Measures Act and the Licensing Law. In conjunction with the Banquet Operations Managers -assist and oversee the smooth running of events bar, in line with Four Seasons' standards and procedures

What You Will Do
The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. We are looking for a Bartender candidate who is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 1 year Bartending experience
  • Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
  • We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication and guest contact skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Passion for service
