We operate across the UK, with spaces in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, with plans to launch more sites in 2025 (and beyond). We are very proud to be a Certified B Corp

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic
Head Bartender
to join us on a
casual basis
, to help shape the member experience at our stunning Marble Arch Clubspace, The Orchard.

We can offer some flexibility with the shift pattern, so would either be looking for someone to work 5 days per week (approx 40 hours, Monday - Friday) or 3 x 12 hour shifts (Tues/Wed/Thurs). Midnight tends to be the latest our events run to AND you will have your weekends free Starting ASAP, the hourly rate will be £17 + service.

What you'll Do:

  • Serve a range of drinks with confidence, knowledge and charm
  • Deliver warm, personal and professional service to our members and guests
  • Keep the bar area clean, well-stocked and running smoothly
  • Work events, private functions and busy evenings with a calm, can-do attitude
  • Recommend drinks and cocktails based on guest preferences

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years bar experience in a quality hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
  • A friendly, reliable and adaptable attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Event experience
