What you'll typically do

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to uncover insights and opportunities
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to map and validate experiences
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI designers to bring ideas to life
  • Translate complex ideas into simple, accessible design solutions
  • Advocate for users at every step of the product development process
  • Help define and evolve user journeys, IA, and interaction patterns
  • Iterate quickly and effectively based on feedback and data
  • Champion accessibility, inclusivity, and usability best practices

Who you are

  • Experienced in UX or Interaction Design, ideally in product or digital environments
  • Proficient with Figma and prototyping tools (e.g. InVision, Axure, or similar)
  • Skilled at turning research into insights, and insights into impactful design decisions
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and always curious about user behavior
  • A clear communicator who can present UX rationale to stakeholders
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking and human-centered design
