About Us

Tri.x , Part of the OneTouch Health group are a growing organisation dedicated to delivering clear, professional and user-friendly procedure manuals and guidance documents to our clients. We work closely with customers to ensure their information is well-presented, easy to navigate and consistent with our company standards. We are now looking for a detail-focused and organised individual to join our Formatting Team.

Main Purpose of the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for formatting and transferring customer procedures and content into our new CMS platform, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high-quality presentation across all documents and web-based manuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transfer existing customer procedure manuals to our new CMS platform.
  • Format online manuals and websites in line with company style guidelines.
  • Resolve formatting queries in collaboration with the Formatting Team Leader.
  • Troubleshoot website validation and functionality issues.
  • Communicate any potential delays or concerns regarding workload or deadlines.
  • Work with Lead Consultants to implement edits and updates to manuals and sites.
  • Provide customer support via email or phone to help resolve content-related queries.
  • Participate in training to broaden capability across a range of tasks.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths, English and Science (Grade C or above).
  • Experience working with a CMS system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Strong keyboard skills and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, logical approach to work and ability to follow set standards.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork.

Desirable:

  • Basic understanding of HTML.
  • Interest in online publishing or website development.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work additional hours when needed to help meet deadlines.
