Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Associate 3-4 years PQE

A fantastic opportunity to join a growing Clinical Negligence department, in High Wycombe This role is ideal for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor seeking the next step in their career who is looking to join a Legal 500 law firm with genuine progression opportunity. The firm are looking to increase their existing regional presence in this area of law, to compliment their existing team and the wider team across this full service multi-disciplinary firm.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling or heavily assisting with a clinical negligence caseload
  • Dealing with all stages from inception to conclusion.
  • Providing expert advice and empathic support to clients
  • Seeking Alternative Dispute Resolution, Joint Settlement Meetings and Litigation.
  • Handling both Insurance backed and NHS Resolution claims.

 What you will have

  • Experience in handling or heavily assisting with a clinical negligence caseload
  • Must have demonstrable experience in Litigation.
  • Experience in handling personal injury claims in addition to clinical negligence is desirable but not essential.
  • Up to date knowledge of the law relating to clinical negligence and the civil litigation process
  • AvMA accreditation is desirable.
