The Role: Adult Brain Injury Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Solicitor (8+ years' PQE) to join a specialized team focusing on civil compensation claims for adult brain injury survivors and their families. This is a crucial role handling cases of the highest value and complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing an exceptional, high-quality service to clients and their families who are navigating catastrophic injuries.

  • Expertly managing a complex caseload of adult brain injury claims arising from both clinical negligence and catastrophic personal injury.

Candidate Profile

The ideal senior candidate will possess:

  • Experience Level: A minimum of 8 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), specializing in representing claimants in clinical negligence and catastrophic personal injury.

  • Technical Expertise: A comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and protocols.

  • Specialized Caseload: Proven experience working on a mixed caseload of high-value, multi-track cases, with a specific focus on brain injury claims.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience as an experienced manager or mentor within a legal setting.

  • Networking & Business Development: Established solicitor with excellent connections to support the development of client referrals and a commitment to charity partnerships and firm reputation.

  • Personal Attributes: Confidence in dealing with sensitive injury issues, strong work ethic, energetic, sociable, and excellent administrative, research, and IT skills.
