Senior Product Manager (Permanent, Full Time)
We're on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to lead the charge in shaping and growing our innovative Enterprise product portfolio. This is your chance to take full ownership of a suite of products that drive growth across our Wholesale business — creating, evolving, and delivering propositions that truly make KCOM stand out in the market.
You'll own the full product lifecycle, from vision and strategy right through to delivery and performance. Partnering with brilliant minds across Commercial, Sales, and Customer Service, you'll help ensure every product we release delivers exceptional value for our customers and the business.

– Up to £70,000 dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Enterprise product portfolio, ensuring alignment with KCOM's business growth objectives.
- Own the full product lifecycle — from concept and development through to launch, evolution, and retirement.
- Identify new market opportunities and translate customer and business needs into innovative, commercially viable propositions.
- Partner with the Commercial team to ensure pricing and propositions remain competitive, compliant, and profitable.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless delivery and a first-class customer experience.
- Work closely with suppliers, partners, and industry experts to enhance KCOM's market position and product performance.
- Provide insight and recommendations up to C-level, using data and market intelligence to influence strategic decisions.
- Maintain and deliver a clear product roadmap, ensuring milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, product performance, and revenue growth.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who brings both commercial acumen and strategic vision — someone who can see the bigger picture but also loves diving into the detail.
You'll Need To
- Have significant experience in product, commercial, or marketing roles within telecommunications or another technical industry.
- Demonstrate proven success in managing complex product portfolios and delivering strong commercial results.
- Bring experience from a regulated environment with a clear understanding of compliance in product and pricing.
- Show evidence of critical thinking and thought leadership, providing insight and robust recommendations that drive decision-making.
- Possess excellent stakeholder management skills — confident working with peers, partners, and senior leaders.
- Be highly organised, analytical, and commercially aware, with a passion for creating products that customers love.
- Hold a degree-level qualification in a product-related, financial, or technical discipline.
- Have advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
