Position: Head Concierge
Location: Discovery Dock West - Discovery Dock Apartments West, 2 South Quay Square, London, E14 9RT
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off
Salary: £32,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based at a residential development in the Docklands Area of London, consisting of 323 residential apartments. The development benefits from an underground car park, swimming pool and gym and is located in close proximity to South Quay DLR and Canary Wharf underground station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Head Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Leading the onsite team, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed. Providing any additional support with training, development, guidance and reporting any issues to the relevant parties.
- Managing the front desk in a hands-on role, this includes concierge duties such as managing parcels, issuing keys, responding to resident queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Support with the day-to-day operational running of the estate, ensuring high site standards and the deliverance of exceptional customer service and the implementation of SOPs.
- Managing the onsite team to include appraisals, one to ones, performance management, training and development and any other staffing matters as required.
- Carrying out health and safety inspections, daily audits, plant room checks and reporting as required. Also, ensuring any action points are attended to in a timely manner.
- Overseeing contractors and ensuring Permits to Work are correctly completed and accompanied by Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Ensure the estate meets all Health and Safety Standards including cleanliness.
- Liaise with residents and contractors regarding routine repair and maintenance requests. Monitor work to completion.
- Undertake the general duties as required by management and in accordance with industry best practise.
