A global Security Systems organisation is currently recruiting for a EMEA Lead Technical Engineer / EMEA Project Engineer (Access Control / Security systems experience) to provide a dedicated person for one of their Global key customers. This role is remote based, either working from home or a nearby company office and must be based within the EMEA.

Certification: Honeywell advanced ProWatch certification & Honeywell MaxPro certification are DESIRABLE for this role.

A home base within Europe is essential for this role.

Lead Technical Engineer responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate, Commission, Test & Troubleshoot projects throughout EMEA.
  • Manage all server deployments and all associated networking activities, in conjunction with the customers IT team.
  • Perform all system programming for all security systems and visitor management.
  • Remote commission projects.
  • Take responsibility for adherence to technical standards on all projects.
  • Take responsibility for the upkeep of the Honeywell technical certification programs for yourself and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the technical design/design assurance and delivery of new projects.
  • Provide Technical / Operational support to field based teams when required.
  • Service and maintenance support – assist field engineers to resolve technical problems, commissioning/programming. Providing remote support to all.
