We're recruiting on behalf of a leading management consulting firm that's expanding its SAP practice. The team is looking for an SAP Finance Business Analyst with solid functional experience and strong consulting skills to support ongoing S/4HANA transformation programmes across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with client Finance teams to understand business requirements across Record to Report (R2R) processes.
  • Lead and contribute to workshops, capturing requirements and shaping best-practice SAP solutions.
  • Produce clear, high-quality deliverables including process documentation, functional specs, and gap analyses.
  • Collaborate with technical and offshore teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system design.
  • Support testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities as part of a wider delivery team.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and help clients optimise Finance processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Around 4-5 years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) functional consulting experience, ideally gained with a recognised SI or consulting firm.
  • Strong understanding of core Finance and R2R processes.
  • Experience working directly with business users in a consulting environment.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA is desirable.
