Position Overview: They are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Solicitor to join their thriving team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial matters and provide strategic legal advice to clients across various industries. Responsibilities: Advising clients on a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, distribution agreements, and service contracts. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Providing legal support on commercial transactions, such as asset purchases, sales, and leasing agreements. Conducting legal research and analysis on complex commercial issues and providing clear and practical advice to clients. Assisting with the resolution of commercial disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation when necessary. Advising clients on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and licensing agreements. Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients' commercial needs.  Requirements Requirements: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in commercial law. Solid understanding of commercial contracts, with experience in drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements. Strong analytical and problem -solving skills, with the ability to identify and address legal issues effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment. Sound knowledge of intellectual property law and its application to commercial transactions.
