Award winning legal organisation has a superb opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Commercial solicitor to work with its vast array of regional, national and international business clients and specialisms. As a Commercial Solicitor you will havea minimum of 3 years PQE experience in the field in order to further strengthen the current team and build on my clients achievements, this role would very much suit a Commercial Solicitor who wants to gain plenty of client exposure and have the chance tomake an impact within the team.

You will use your experience to advise clients on all aspects of commercial law, those clients being not only in the West Yorkshire region but also further afield, both in the UK and abroad. As well as working with the Partners in the team, you will manageyour own caseload of clients and have business development opportunities to further build our client base. Their clients include some of the most successful and exciting businesses in the region and beyond across a wide range of sectors.

The commercial work that you would be involved in would cover a broad range of activities including terms and conditions of sale or purchase, supply of goods and services contracts across a range of sectors, distribution and agency agreements, IT contracts(including ecommerce), intellectual property issues, data protection and a full range of work connected to the video games industry. An interest in video games and knowledge of the video games industry would be advantageous.
