We are currently seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Assistant to join our friendly and professional team at our Banbury nursery. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to work part-time and make a real difference in the lives of children, whether you're experienced or just starting out in early years.

What You'll Do:

  • Help prepare and supervise children during mealtimes
  • Support children's independence and social skills during lunch
  • Ensure dietary requirements and food safety standards are met
  • Assist with routines such as sleep and toileting
  • Provide support to the wider team during lunch cover
  • Ensure the environment is safe, clean and welcoming for children
  • Contribute to creating a positive, respectful and inclusive atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • Patience, positivity and strong communication skills
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in a childcare setting is desirable but not essential
  • A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3) is welcome, but not required
