Internal Job Title: Attendance and Admissions Officer
Strategic Direction and Development
Establish and develop a professional service to support the academy in raising attendance, investigating persistent absences and improving punctuality.
Support the Pastoral team with the updating and publication of the whole school medical records.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the resource and business functions of the school and its estate.
Provide administrative and clerical support for all aspects of business services, Student Welfare and pastoral support.
Be responsible for the exemplary maintenance of student records with a particular focus on attendance, and medical records.
Provide a receptionist service for the school.
Support links with the community, families and local environment.
You will have:
A-Levels or equivalent qualification in school or business administration.
Experience of working in an administrative setting.
Experience of Attendance Administration.
The ability to use MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Explorer and databases.
The ability to prioritise, work efficiently and accurately, particularly under pressure, to deadlines and using own initiative.
