About The Job

The Cyber Threat Intelligence team will be responsible for the delivery of CTI assessment services right across the Kantar business.

This role will provide cyber security leadership, subject matter expertise, oversight and coordination of cyber threats, leading a team of internal and external resources that will help identify emerging and monitor existing threats. This plays a pivotal role in protecting the Kantar's business operations, our clients and employees' data and the organizations intellectual property.

The role requires a high level of stakeholder management and assessment coordination and requires excellent client facing skills and able to interact and communicate with other cyber security teams.

The role will contribute to and work as part of a global multi-disciplined security community with clear vision and direction, and top down support across the business.

Job Goals

  • Ownership of the global CTI framework, standards and procedures.
  • Direct and lead effective threat analysis and advisory services across Kantar, covering people, process and technology need.
  • Develop a threat led strategy to enable Kantar to make prioritised security decision making.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to the SecOps teams by providing and educating on all types of cyber threat.
  • Supporting cyber incident response.
  • Management and ownership of CTI tools used within the enterprise.
  • Build and deliver dashboarding and reporting capabilities to allow for prioritisation and risks to be identified and actioned.
  • Provide status reports related to CTI tracking metrics, key risk indicators, trending and state.

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

  • Experience of using and managing CTI technologies and service providers – eg. Digital Shadows, Recorded futures
  • Good understanding of current cyber-attack tools, techniques and procedures together with threat actor profiles and behaviours
  • Knowledge of threat management and modelling techniques
  • Strong understanding of all quadrants of cyber threat intelligence and aligning them with security and organisational objectives to drive threat led outcomes
  • Understanding of the organisational digital and organisational attack surface

Please be aware, the majority of our roles are hybrid, working three days a week in our office.
