About the Company:

A leading, ambitious Lloyd's Broker with a strong footprint across specialty and reinsurance markets is seeking a Senior Broker to drive growth and deepen relationships across the Latin American region.

With a high-performing team and a genuinely entrepreneurial culture, the business is investing heavily in international expansion and sees LATAM as a core strategic priority.

The Opportunity:

This is a senior, London-based leadership role overseeing all
non-marine placements into the LATAM region
, including Property, Casualty, Financial Lines, Construction, Energy, and other specialty classes. You'll be the key point of expertise for LATAM market development, working closely with producing brokers, cedents, MGAs, and reinsurers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the LATAM non-marine portfolio from London, delivering both new and existing business development.
  • Maintain deep relationships with clients, producing brokers, and regional market partners across Latin America.
  • Develop and execute the strategy for LATAM expansion, including travel across the region.
  • Place complex risks into Lloyd's and the London Market, ensuring high-quality service and innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance cross-class collaboration and promote LATAM opportunities across the wider business.
  • Represent the company externally at market events, conferences, and client visits.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in the
    LATAM market
    within a Lloyd's or London Market broking environment.
  • Expertise across
    non-marine lines
    (e.g., Property, Casualty, FI, PI, Construction, Energy, Specialty).
  • Strong network of LATAM producing brokers, insurers, and regional clients.
  • Ability to lead business development initiatives and drive strategic growth.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are highly advantageous.
  • A collaborative, commercial, client-focused mindset.
