We're looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Sales Lead to drive growth, build partnerships, and shape how CelticArc reaches clients across the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front combining strategic insight with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
As part of a small, mission-driven team, you'll have the freedom to innovate, build new relationships, and create scalable sales systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a small sales team to achieve individual and collective growth goals.
- Design and deliver effective sales strategies that expand our client base and strengthen relationships with brokers, planners, and SMEs.
- Track performance metrics, analyse trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Identify new market opportunities and build trusted partnerships with decision-makers.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to develop team capability and confidence.
- Represent CelticArc at sustainability forums, partner meetings, and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and ESG teams to align campaigns with commercial priorities.
- Ensure every client experience reflects CelticArc's commitment to credibility, speed, and service excellence.
What We're Looking For
- experience in sales, business development, or partnerships ideally in financial services, sustainability, or consulting.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to motivate a small team toward shared goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the discipline to execute and adapt quickly.
- Comfortable working independently in a lean, collaborative startup environment.
- Curious about ESG and sustainability willing to learn and translate technical topics into client value.
