Our client, a highly regarded law firm with a longstanding reputation for excellence and a strong presence across West Sussex and Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their well-established team.

This is a permanent role offering a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of property disputes in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment. Role Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad caseload of contentious property matters, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, rights of way, and adverse possession claims.

  • Provide practical and strategic advice to a wide range of clients, including private individuals, developers, PLCs, and financial institutions.

  • Handle matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including representation in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.

  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal opinions with clarity and precision.

  • Liaise confidently with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and tribunals.

  • Contribute to the team's business development efforts and wider firm initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in property litigation.

  • Demonstrable experience advising on complex commercial and residential property disputes.

  • Strong knowledge of property law and dispute resolution mechanisms.

  • Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team.

  • Commercial awareness and a client-centric approach to legal services.
