About The Role
Developing the audiences based on all the platforms and data available and interrogating data sources to derive insight to support the creation of the audiences, as well as curating insights from the local markets.
Providing the information required to enable the definition of targetable audience groups from the initial segment definitions and insights.
Manage the development of global audience catalogue for client brands. Manage the audience creation process.
This role will be part of a team of audience insights specialists that play a crucial role in understanding audience behavior and preferences. As experts in consumer data, analysis, and MarTech – we gather valuable insights to help our clients make informed decisions and develop effective marketing strategies, utilizing the industry's most robust dataset in Omnicom's proprietary platform – Omni. We're looking for curious colleagues, who enjoy learning more about data, insights tools, and meeting the ever-changing needs of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic partner for audience creation and optimizations through media campaign process
- Create audience insights: market, and audience sizing, behavioral insights on personas, to refine the audience segmentation
- Insight development and curation to support audience development
- Global audience creation with local market execution for biddable activation
- Education around data tool solutions to our local teams
- Insight development and curation to support audience development and validate targeting
- Provide guidelines and best practices to local market planning and activation teams to implement defined audience segments
- Programme effectiveness, ensure cross-market pollination of best practices
Ideal Exp
- Able to define and create addressable audiences from various data sources and insights for digital campaign activation.
- Present data and insights in a meaningful and impactful way for planners and strategy partners to understand
- Ability to generate a powerful storyline from data that is in multiple sources, tools and data environments
- Experience with Marketing and Media related data sources and technology like syndicated research sources (ComScore, TGI, GWI etc.)
- Able to provide business-like translation to complex data analytics solutions so that solutions are understood by marketers; and that agencies can sell repeatable offerings
- Understand the core principles of propensity model development and statistical segmentation algorithms
- Solutions oriented: analytic skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution
- Industry Knowledge in marketing analytics and data (1st and 3rd party data solutions, data platforms, aggregated and user level data)
- Familiar with website analytics packages (GA, Adobe Stack)
- Familiar with machine learning audience modelling techniques, including attribution modelling, market mix modelling, or multivariate model developments
- Familiar with digital tracking technologies (ad servers, DSPs, DMPs)
- Familiar with big data (e.g. cookie logs) and cloud technologies - AWS, Redshift, S3, Hadoop, Starburst
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Hive.
- Excellent on Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Our team of Annalectuals is growing rapidly and are based in over 80 countries around the globe, supported by global and regional team hubs in NY, London, Singapore, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
The EMEA team is responsible for global and regional client relationships led from London, as well as the development of new data-driven marketing capabilities. They form part of our global team and collaborate closely with local market Annalect teams across EMEA as well as regional Omnicom agency partners.
Flexible Working
At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that's in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
