Your role

As a key member of our well-established Peterborough team, you will strive to exceed sales targets and maximise profits while maintaining the high standard of customer service that has been our hallmark for 100 years. You'll bring your natural strengths and passion for generating leads, listening to customers, and guiding them through the sales process. You'll be part of a close-knit team focused on delivering the ultimate customer experience with integrity and enthusiasm.

Your profile

  • Experience working in a customer environment
  • Experience In Car sales not essential as full training will be provided for the right applicant
  • Full UK driving licence

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00; Saturday (on a week on week off rota basis), 9:00 to 17:00; Sunday (on a week on week off rota basis) 10:00 to 16:00

Salary: £22,000 basic increasing to £24000 when accredited, plus commission with OTE of up to £55,000
