Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer in Criminology, Law, and Public Services, based in the London area, United Kingdom. The lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in criminology, law, and public services. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging lectures, conducting assessments, and supervising students' academic progress. Collaborating with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and ensuring students are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their chosen fields are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Law, Criminal Law, and Labor and Employment Law
  • Delivering and preparing for exams in WJEC and BTEC Apllied Law
  • Experience in Lecturing, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective teaching
  • Proficiency in conducting Research and applying findings to improve curriculum and teaching methods
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant teaching qualification and/or experience in higher education
  • Knowledge of current developments in criminology, law, and public services
