LECTURER IN A LEVEL LAW Location: Newcastle and Stafford College Part-time - Full-time Position Available (29.60 hours - 37 hours) Salary: £32,136-£42,848 pro rata (depending on qualifications and experience) Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG) is one of the very best colleges in the country. We are looking for an enthusiastic, suitably qualified individual with relevant experience to teacher A Level Law. You will be an outstanding and inspiring lecturer with a background in Law and the ability to deliver varied, high quality and imaginative sessions. Main Duties and Responsibilities: ? To deliver high quality teaching across the full range of the department's L3 Law programmes. ? Play an active role in the marketing of the College and the Department through such activities as open days and through liaison with local employers and schools. ? Engage in core duties including preparation, marking, monitoring student progress, preparing reports, setting and marking of examination papers, developing and preparing flexible learning materials. Required Skills and Experience: ? Holds a first degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. ? Has an appropriate teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent). ? Is an outstanding and innovative teacher of Law who achieves excellent levels of success. ? Has experience of teaching Law at Level 3 or above. What's in it for you?
