Works Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive person to assist with the operations of our roofing business, mainly working from the office but also with some yard responsibilities and site visits.
The job will vary from day to day and will include tasks such works organisation, customer contact and site supervision as well as physical checks on equipment at the yard, on vehicles and sites, plus many other tasks. The role will be based from our office although some site and yard visits will be necessary. You may have to climb scaffolding on some sites which is several storeys high - a head for heights is essential.
This is a full time Monday to Friday role, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be necessary occasionally but will be paid if it is needed.
Requirements
- Able to handle pressure well.
- A confident, professional manner and good communication skills.
- Able to work well with site operatives.
- Strong self-organisational skills, able to prioritise own tasks and manage workload.
- Competent with MS Office software.
- Must have own vehicle to commute to work and a full UK driving licence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
