What's the Role?

As a Parts Apprentice, you won't just be learning – you'll be doing. You'll be right at the centre of the action, paired with an experienced mentor and supported every step of the way as you gain hands-on experience in our fast-paced, friendly Parts Department.

No two days are the same – you'll be:

· Helping customers find the right parts and giving expert advice

· Taking orders in person and over the phone

· Organising and managing vehicle parts and accessories

· Keeping our stock room tidy and in order

· Creating invoices and handling admin

· Working closely with other departments to get the right parts in the right place

· Welcoming customers and covering reception when needed

You'll be learning real skills, gaining real qualifications, and getting a real foot in the door of one of the UK's most exciting industries.

What You'll Need to Succeed

We're not looking for someone who knows it all – we're looking for someone who's ready to learn and grow. If you're reliable, motivated, and love a hands-on challenge, you'll fit right in.

· GCSEs (or working towards) in Maths, English and a Science or Technical subject (grades 4–9 / A–C)

· A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in

· A team player mindset

· Great communication skills and attention to detail
