We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer-driven Parts Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team. This is your opportunity to play a key role in keeping our customers on the road — providing exceptional service, expert knowledge, and real support to both our technicians and retail customers.

You'll be joining a close-knit, friendly team within a business that values integrity, teamwork, and personal growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Accurately identifying and supplying parts to customers and technicians
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships — both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate records are kept
  • Processing orders efficiently and effectively
  • Supporting the Service team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring all work meets company standards and industry best practice

  • A motivated, positive individual with great communication skills
  • Experience within a Parts Department or customer service environment (automotive experience preferred, but not essential)
  • A team player who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals

  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
