At Bupa, we're here to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives – and make a better world. With no shareholders, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. That means we invest in what matters most: our people, our technology, and our purpose.

As an Agile Project Manager in our People ERP and Payroll domain, you'll play a key role in driving change and continuous improvement across our global People and Finance functions. You'll help deliver smarter, more efficient systems that support our colleagues and customers – from onboarding and development to wellbeing and inclusion. If you're passionate about agile delivery and want to make a real impact, this is your chance to help shape the future of health at Bupa.

How you'll help us make health happen

As our Agile Project Manager, you'll:

  • Lead the delivery of change initiatives from start to finish – including new product rollouts, feature enhancements and ongoing improvements.

  • Manage multiple backlogs and define sprint objectives in collaboration with Product Owners and Technical Delivery Managers.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure frameworks like Scrum and Kanban run smoothly.

  • Unblock issues that slow down delivery and drive continuous improvement using data and metrics.

  • Partner with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to align delivery with business outcomes.

  • Maintain project plans, resource forecasts and financial oversight where needed.

  • Champion a risk-based approach to delivery and escalate issues appropriately.

  • Support automation, data and analytics initiatives that enhance our People systems.

What you'll bring

  • Strong experience in technical project management roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and hybrid delivery methodologies.

  • Experience delivering change in back-office functions such as People, Pay & Reward, Learning & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion.

  • A track record of managing complex projects or multiple small initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Resilience, empathy and a results-driven approach.

  • Commercial acumen and effective vendor management experience.

Benefits

Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people. Viva is our global wellbeing programme and includes all aspects of our health – from mental and physical, to financial, social and environmental wellbeing. We support flexible working and have a range of family-friendly benefits.
