Responsibilities:

  • Construct and assemble vehicle components, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic quality.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately fabricate vehicle parts.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join parts, including framework and body structures.
  • Install interior and exterior vehicle fittings, such as seats, floors, and windows.
  • Inspect and test components and vehicles to guarantee safety and functionality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to extend the lifespan of vehicles.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines during the construction process.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement modifications and improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Coach Builder or in a similar role within vehicle manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle design and construction principles.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for vehicle construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Commitment to quality and safety standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
