Motorcraft Adventure Developments are specialists in the manufacture and modification of bespoke overland expedition vehicles. With over 35 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering custom interiors and vehicle conversions to the highest standards.

As we expand into new markets, we urgently seek experienced Multiskilled Motorhome Builders to join our growing 3.5t vehicle conversion team, working on platforms such as the Ford Ranger and INEOS Grenadier, among others.

**Summary**

We are looking for a versatile and knowledgeable Builder who can combine mechanical expertise with practical skills across joinery, electrical, and plumbing installation. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality expedition vehicles, designed and engineered to meet the demands of our adventurous clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Install and connect basic 12V electrical systems and plumbing components (water pumps, tanks, heaters, etc.).
- Fit and secure pre-constructed cabinetry, furniture, and interior components to exacting standards.
- Utilise mechanical knowledge to construct and modify bespoke expedition vehicles.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely and effectively.
- Interpret design drawings and follow build specifications, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt where necessary.
- Work independently while also collaborating with engineers and other team members to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Support inventory management of materials and supplies.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and build quality.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrable experience in motorhome, caravan, or campervan building (or similar industries).
- Knowledge of basic electrics and plumbing installation in vehicle or leisure settings.
- Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and general workshop practices.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve during builds.
- Previous warehouse or production experience advantageous, but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
