Role Summary:
We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Leader
who thrives in performance-driven environments and is passionate about using insights and metrics to influence senior leadership decisions. You'll lead a team of high-performing recruiters while
reporting directly to senior stakeholders
, ensuring all talent initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
In this role, you'll establish a KPI-led recruitment function, tracking performance across time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health. You'll translate hiring data into actionable insights, helping leadership make informed workforce planning and investment decisions.
You'll also play a key role in building scalable processes, optimizing recruitment efficiency, and creating a culture of accountability—where success is tracked, celebrated, and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Reporting:
Accountable for tracking and reporting key recruitment KPIs—including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and pipeline health—to ensure data-driven performance and strategic alignment with business goals.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to deliver consistent, measurable results.
Performance Management:
Define and monitor key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance, cost per hire, candidate satisfaction) to optimize delivery.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Collaborate with senior executives to understand business needs, forecast talent requirements, and drive data-led workforce planning.
Operational Excellence:
Implement scalable recruitment processes and performance dashboards to ensure alignment with business goals.
Market Intelligence:
Leverage data and insights to inform proactive sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze trends, report on recruitment ROI, and develop strategies to enhance quality and speed of hiring.

Proven Leadership:
Track record in leading high-performing recruitment teams with clear KPI accountability.
Analytical Mindset:
Strong ability to interpret recruitment data and present insights to senior leadership.
Strategic Partner:
Experience aligning recruitment strategy with organizational performance metrics.
Communication Expert:
Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders through data storytelling and transparent reporting.
Established Recruiter:
Background in tech or digital recruitment, with a deep understanding of global talent markets. Preferable with a background with large Media agencies.
Culture Builder:
