Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing B2B sales and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct negotiations to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through networking and research.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using IT tools.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets while ensuring organisational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales management and reporting.
  • Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
