You're not just skilled - you're curious, adaptable, and committed to making legal work more accessible and impactful. You know how to navigate complexity, communicate clearly, and build trust across teams and clients.

If you're passionate about using your legal insight to drive meaningful outcomes - and you care deeply about people along the way - we'd love to meet you.

  • Use AI contract review tools and individual legal skills to identify and report on key contract terms and themes.
  • Use case management systems to deliver and progress tasks as part of a larger legal process.
  • Take detailed instructions from clients within the team and providing regular updates on progress.
  • Apply playbooks and guidance to resolve and progress matters.
  • Support the development of playbooks and project materials.
  • Attend meetings and contributing to discussions to enhance and maintain the quality, consistency, and value of the team's work.
  • Provide guidance and support (including quality assurance review) to more junior resources.
  • Support workstream and process development activities.
  • Support the planning and set-up of large projects including assisting with the training and mobilisation of project teams.
  • Meet targets and time recording.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years experience as a Senior Legal Analyst or similar role in a law firm, ALSP or in-house legal operations team.
  • Law or business degree
  • Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following: Managed document review and disclosure, DSARs, claims and case management, contract review and contract lifecycle management and IP portfolio management.
