Transaction Manager- Ford Bradford

We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team at our Ford Bradford Dealership on a part time basis.

This role will operate as a job share, with working patterns agreed through discussion and coordinated with the existing Transaction Manager who is already in post. The contracted hours will include participation in the department's weekend rota. Examples of potential working patterns include morning or afternoon shifts, or a three-day rolling rota.

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing world class customer service. This role comes with a competitive basic salary with a very easily achievable OTE of £53,000 (full time) per annum - pro rata.

About You

We are looking for someone who is able to listen to the customer's needs and been able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Transaction Manager you will have to be confident working to targets and deadlines and been able to maximise every opportunity.

You need to be able to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability together with an outstanding commitment to customer care, with experience of F&I, deal stacking, 2nd facing, coaching and development of the team and providing assistance to the Sales Manager.

Motor Trade experience is required to apply, either at a Senior Sales Executive position or from a Sales Manager/Business Manager level.

Main Purpose of Job Role

• Managing and developing all new and used vehicle sales enquiries
• Managing and developing the Finance and Insurance sales through new and used vehicle sales
• Maximising the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products through the effective implementation of the D. M. Keith Way
• Maximising the profitable sales of eligible finance and insurance products in line with F.C.A. compliance
• To ensure that all departmental processes and sales team members comply fully with F.C.A. Regulations
• To carry out a self audit on a monthly basis
• To contribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures as required ensuring the achievement of all sales tasks smoothly and in a timely manner.
• To be fully conversant and compliant with all Sales Department procedures.
